Knowing everything that was going on, and how the media is going heavy at Hip Hop, he just should of known better. Point blank simple. CBS supports Hip Hop, they have had concert series on their channel, Nelly at the superbowl and is under Viacom. Viacom supports Hip Hop and helps stereotypes in the Black Community on a large mainframe, just check the NEW programming going on at VH1 for the last 2 years, since when did all of a sudden did that channel go URBAN, Viacom is also responsible for the change in MTV's programming, peep the many shows MTV has done in the past 5 years that stems from HIP HOP, in a good or bad light. I was EXTREMELY disappointed that Cam was on their reppin' and had no answer for WHY that was his "code of ethics". I see their point to some degree, rappers are telling kids to "stop snitchin'" and they never acknowledge where that mind-set came from. 60 minutes had to give the why; I'm not surprised the kids didn't have an answer, but I was upset that Cam's why was "so I can sell more records". I was even more upset when he ducked the final question of "would you change your lyrics if the label said they wouldn't promote you if you continue to write those types of lyrics".

I did laugh and thought it was hot that he got his diss to 50 on the show. Then I thought, "what is the better move; Cam getting the diss track on 60 minutes, or 50 getting his single on HBO". I liked Cam, I still want to like Cam, I just am having trouble following the thought processes behing A LOT of his moves.

But; on the bright side, I am glad that Cam looks like he has been eating some sandwiches lately. I just wish he would have had more to say then basically "it makes me money" and "I'm afraid what other people will think of me".
