A drug dealer is living next door to you, and he's making his money and doesn't stress you for anything, just does his business and let you do your business, don't you think it's wrong of a person to go to the cops and give up his name and address? Even if you're against drugs? Same goes for someone who committs a murder, would you really go to the cops and tell them everything you knew about this man? I mean, don't you think that's just wrong? You don't know why he killed him, he could have murdered his molesting stepdad for all you know.

If i dude is sellin weed and he's makin money. . . . .no. . . .i wouldn't comment to the cops......i live in AMERICA. . . .this is a capitalist country, and the gov't sells alcohol and cigarettes which are worser then weed. . . . . .now if i seen a little kid get kidnapped or molested i'm not waitin for the cops to ask me nothing. . . . . . . . i'm gonna go to them early and inform them. . . . . if someone kidnapped my daughter i would hope my neighbors would do the same for me

You didn't answer my last question though, which is the most important question. If you witnessed a murder, or knew about a murder and who killed him and where he stayed at and all that, would you inform the cops who did it? Or would you mind your own business? If you didn't know his motive that is..

No I wouldn't. If I didn't know his reasons for killing him, I would never give him up to the police. Like I said, if the man had it coming (molester, rapist, kidnapper etc) then he had it coming and that would be sending justice to jail IMO.
I wouldn't give him up even if I knew he didn't have a reason to kill him, but that's another story.

The "new generation" is being taught fukked up values. Most of the cats who are screaming stop snitching, never did any dirt. I had handcuffs put on my wrists for some of the bad decisions I made, but I never got tight because citizens called the cops.

Most actions in the inner city are not Random acts of violence
Most communities have well organized, well armed, and well funded criminal organizations.
They average citizen does not have the resources to defend against the repercussions of testify or fighting these groups.
What whitey hasn’t figured out is
You treat them like they treated the Mafia.
You get younger officers to infiltrated the group and build physical evidence (drugs, Money, Dna , Prints, ) and digital evidence (phone records, bank statements, emails, two way messages.)
An you get older members with families to turn on each other,

Thing is, a HUGE part of "doing their job" is questioning witnesses, people who live in the area ect. If everyone took Cam'ron's attitude, they would never be able to solve any crimes and society would completely deteriorate.
Just like that dude said on 60 minutes, he works in some neighborhoods where the clearence rate (conviction of some form) for homocides is like 5%. That is insanity, and is directly a result of people not talkin to police no matter what, so how exactly can they do their jobs?

also if you're a criminal and you shoot somebody in the lobby of a building, that is your bad for being a dumbass and having a lot of witnesses. If people saw and talk to the police thats your fault. Just like in The Wire, when D'Angelo shot somebody in a lobby with a ton of witnesses, AVon, the boss, wasnt mad at the witness. He was mad at D'Angelo for being stupid and capping somebody in the lobby with mad witnesses around.
