like who r these ppl....dont they understand that snitching only applies to ppl involved in the drug game. Like a 14 yr old shud tell if he sees a gurl gettin raped or a serial killer.....obviously if he sees someone gettin shot, then him tellin wud risk his safety if the killer saw him and threatened his life, but he gotta have some kind of conscience tellin him dat wut he jus saw was wrong.......if he dont have this person inside his head tellin him to at least try to help someone in need, then he a coward....he's no better than someone seein their mom get raped and to scared to react so they hide in the closet....the line has to b drawn somewhere....

i know if i see a serial killer or rapist.....im tellin,

if i kno a drug dealer that got my aunt livin like a fiend....ima try to get her in rehab, and if she gets her life clean and dat dealer tries to lure her back.....ima get my boys and we gon put a needle in his arm so dat he gets hooked wit his ***** ass,

if i see someone kill someone i know, im tellin (safely or not at all)....unless its my immediate fam, in which case IM SHOOTIN!!
