To keep it short, no. Your looking at 12+ weeks of consistent dieting and exercise to see any visible fat loss in glaring areas. However, with that said you will be able to see good results by June if you start tomorrow. Nothing drastic but you'll be able to see yourself becoming thinner and those problem areas won't be so pronounced. It takes time to lose stubborn body fat like that.

Well, you can start by running more..and stop eating whatever fatty crap you're eating...ugh and get some fiber. Slowly though so your bod gets used to it..:yes:

SO if I run like a mile or quarter mile everyday for 30 days will I lose 30lbs or at least 20? I'm in very poor physical condition

dude don't listen to these chumps, they'll give u fuccin healthy tips and sh1t and at that rate u'll be losing 30 pounds in a whole fuccin yr,

this is what you do, but only if you really wanna lose the weight that bad

cut out all the chips,fats,unhealthy sh1t, u know what they are

eat small portions of fruits and vegetables.

I'd advise you to do this....in the morning as ur breakfest have a couple of grapes and a pair or an apple or some type of fruit, then if you have a job, don't eat no unhealthy sh1t there and baisically try not to eat there, if you have a bench/gym type of thing in your house like me, then after you get home eat 1, 100 Calorie Yogurt, it has no fat a lil carbs and about 7 grams of protein, 30 mins after hit the weights/ab excersises hard for about an hour. That should make you not hungry for about 2 hrs and if u are hungry fight the temptations, then about 3 hrs before u go to sleep (for me i go to sleep at about 2 in the morning so i run at like 9 or 10, some people r diff) go and do ur quarter mile/half mile/mile (whatever makes u feel like ur really fuccin tired and can't run no more, u'll know) and after that u'll notice that u'll lose at least 5 pounds in a week

Only if you are dedicated though, losing weight for u at the start should be even easier, just try to eat cleanly(fruits/veggies/sometimes no skin chicken/chicken breast,small portion of spaghetti) u'll know where ur body is hungry and responding to ur work, that means ur losing weight

being hungry aint whoaaa but if u truly wanna achieve greatness its what u do

Any and all weight he'll lose using your stupid ass method will be nothing but water and mostly muscle. What your advocating is starvation and that my friend NEVER works. Sure he may lose the actual pounds by June, but chances are it won't be noticeable and most if not all the weight lost will be muscle. Plus once he reverts back to his old eating habits he will gain back the weight ten-fold.

Your logic is flawed, don't post in this forum unless you know what your talking about homie.

No he won't, i don't advocate not drinking water to lose water weight and wear 3 layers of clothing while working out,

i did this a couple of yrs ago(what i posted) and lost fat not MUSCLE, infact i was looking more ripped than ever before, If he does what i said then without a WEIGHT TRAINING REGIMEN then he will lose muscle but if HE LIFTS WEIGHTS he might lift less but he'll look better

step ur weightloss/quick game up

It doesn't matter how much he lifts fool, without enough calories YOU WILL LOSE MUSCLE. I really gotta question how much muscle you had PRIOR to you starting this diet of yours. Being "ripped" doesn't mean you kept muscle, it just means you got that much small enough to the point that whatever left over muscle was there was base level. Its not a solution for long-term fat loss, I bet even you gained back whatever you may have lost in less then three weeks.

People who go on these crash diets always fail, IT NEVER WORKS IN THE LONG RUN, understand what I'm saying here.
