killing with teeth was cool, because he gave all the bullsh!t artist, imma nin fan what they wanted.

basically one album of the first single, from the first album.

with an overly commercial,.........douse of closer

art barr

was good for contemporary nin rock

when I heard With Teeth the first time, I was thinking trent was listening to a lot of garage rock (White Stripes, Strokes, Hives) before he recorded it. Thats the feel I got from it.

At least With Teeth had a few bangers on it like "Don't You Know What You Are"

First of all, that is for sure the first time "bangers" has been used to describe the music of Nine Inch Nails.

Second, I don't know, man, I think Year Zero is far superior to With Teeth, the more I listen to it, the more I like it...

even if he did music like those groups.

he still did contemporary/rap/rock better than anybody for a long time. so i have no problem.

art barr

this is the first day, of..................MY LAST DAY

i guess nin is like one of the only rock groups that could have bangers.

trent is still the king, to me.

now goes to listen to some filter his old band.

Didn't really feel it.

But most people that make a tonne of money loose their edge, so it's no suprise really.

imo, you have to be a real nin fan, and not just like them because you heard this one song.

broken still sh!ts, on so much sh!t off one song alone.

SOHH is more useful as a tool than an addiction.

I like a couple of the tracks because of the drum programing but I dunno. I still see Downward Spiral as a classic I pull out after a break-up or when someone dies or something, but I think i've outgrown Trent Reznor's music. The problem is, he still does it really well, it's just the same as it was 10 years ago. He's in a comfort zone.
