hey you sedentary ****s... im guessing there are no athletes on here, real athletes use real olympic tracks, not ****in cybex machines

You can do Riverbank St. Park in Manhattan on 145th St. There's a track near South St. Seaport under the bridge (not sure of the exact street). There's Red Hook track in Bk (Look up Red Hook Recreational area on Google Maps). What are you tryin to do? I can give you some workouts.

you can go to Astoria park in queens they got a track or goto St. johns and see if you can use there track.
In Brooklyn theres an out door track along a football field outside Long Island University on Dekalb Ave

That one on Dekalb is known for two things. Soccer and gunfire.

i used to go to st johns and i used their track religiously... i have my own workouts im a trainer... i do sprints and short distance runs, 100's, 400's timed miles
i live near liu in bk, i'll check that **** out
