Everytime i try to do push-ups after i get done benching my penis is always hitting the ground along with my nose
this is bullsh1t, i do my push-ups touching my nose to the floor so this is a problem
Im not saying im hung like a horse but i gotta tuck my sh1t in when im doing push-ups or it feels like im trying to bang a hole into the ground
anyone else got this problem?
dont touch your nose to the floor, just go down so your arms are at a 90 degree angle or til your about to hit your...self

i have the same ****in problem... its very similar to going to the bathroom to take a **** and my **** hits the porcelain... like seriously how do people peopel like lex steele deal w/t hat ****??? cause im avg

LMAO, you shouldn't be going that low on push-ups to begin with. You lose whatever tension you place on the Pecs once you go too low. Aside from that, if you lift in sweats switch it up and go with shorts... but not them loose basketball shorts.
Only time I have a problem with my d*ck gettin in the way is when I do Barbell Shrugs.

haha, word to that **** too... thats why i use dumbbells, and forget doing rear shrugs, my ass is too big for the olympic bar, no homo... also dude its a pushup your not humping the floor pick up your ass and create a bridge, don't arch or round your back too much
