Finally starting to dedicate myself to the gym a while ago, now I'm trying to get my diet straight. I want to eat right, but not terribly concerned because I just want to add weight.
Sucks for me because I'm not a huge eater. Wanted to know is this a sufficient diet or should I somehow eat more?
- bowl of cereal and protein shake *** around 5:30am
- 1 english muffin w/peanut butter and apple *** 9 am
- sandwich (usually tuna fish, chicken or egg salad, or turkey) *** 11am
- bowl of spaghetti (or some kind of baked meat and pasta dish) *** 1pm
- bagel and protein shake ***5:30pm (after gym)
- dinner (usually a couple of pieces of meat equivalent to a couple of thighs or breast and thigh, rice/grazy, and vegetables) *** anywhere between 8 and 9:30 pm
