For one day drink at least 10 cups of water throughout the day. Do not eat any sugars, starches, or salt (no cereals, breads, corn, carrots, pastas, rice, potatoes, juice, pop, muffins, donuts, pastries, etc.), instead eat meats, eggs, cheese, and low-carb vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, celery, lettuce).

i believe it's possible but unless you have a weigh in the next day or something, i don't see any reason to do this. the weight will come right back.

Basically, anyone starting a new diet weight loss will be between 10-20 pounds during the first week or two. Its mainly water being shed with little fat actually being lost. Real fat loss usually begins after week 2; unless you are obese where results come even faster.
