i double the serving of my protein shake so instead of 22g i get 44g before working out which i do before breakfast. off the type of my head i don't know how much protein is in the tablespoon of natural peanut butter or the banana i put in there, so my total may be closer to 60g of protein for that one shake. i have 2 of these a day so i'm somewhere around 120 g already with 4 more meals left.

for breakfast i have 5 large egg whites and 1 whole egg. at 4 grams apiece that's 24g plus i have 4 slices of turkey bacon for 12 more grams.

i have a protein bar once a day also and it has 27 g of protein. that brings the total to 183g with 2 more meals. my lunch and dinner always consists of chicken turkey or fish, along with some leafy green vegetables.

nah, it might seem like a lot of food but it's not. plus i work out at least 4 times a week. try to get 5 if not 6 workouts a week. i'm never hungry and i'm never stuffed.

3 protein drinks is overdoing it. Besides protein there is a bunch of other sh*t in them usually that you don't want to take too much of. For protein just do lots of chicken breast and tuna, not that hard.

call me crazy but i hope yall r in the gym like 2.5 hours a day. or you're in some sort of crazy bulk up stage or something. i couldn't even begin to eat all that. i think i'd rather maintain weight (or gain slightly) and try and get stronger. right now i'm 175lbs at 5' 10" but i can bench 300. if u guys r seriously gettin the benefits of all that protein u must be gettin bigger by the second on some infomercial before and after type sh!t

Double scooping the protein drinks is not a good idea since the body burns only 30 grams of protein every three hours. One scoop of the protein (23 grams) two or three times a day should suffice.
