I've had it for months. When you wake up in the morning or you sit down for too long and the bottom of your foot/achilles starts to hurt the next time you walk on it. Its crazy cuz while youre running it doesnt hurt at all, it only hurts when you rest it.
I used to hate running, now that I've managed to get into it regularly this happens. The only way to get rid of it is to rest it and stretch. I don't rest but I do the stretches. I don't like the bikes or the elliptical. Anybody else dealt with this..

I had it but my pain was in the botton inner part of my foot. I felt it any time i put weight on my foot. got a shot in the bottom of my foot and I was straight a few days later. Took me a week or two to get my ups again, couldnt even touch the rim and i could do that back in 8th grade. Aint had problems since
Make sure you soak that sh*t on the regular and switch up to more comfortable shoes. No Timbs or Forces for a while homie haha.

odd....i was just about to come in here and make a thread about Plantar Fasciitis. I also have it... I have a job that keeps me on my feet 10-14 hours a day and the pain is brutal at times. I've done everything from cortisone shots (made me gain weight and only works for about 2 weeks per set of shots. blah :thumbsdow ) literally EATING anti-inflammatory(Motrin etc) to wearing orthotics and arch supporting insoles. best thing to do is make sure you wear arch supporting shoes...flip flops..etc ALL THE TIME. even when at home and just lounging around the house. My podiatrist said that's mad important. I almost never go barefoot anymore unless I'm taking a shower or in bed.

Thats sounds bad and it kinda has me worried cuz I havent really done much for it except change the shoes I run in. But I did notice that when i had my flip flops on it hurt less. I'm gonna start soaking the foot and using heat and such like Big H said but I can't really rest it or stop working out...

I've never had Plantar Fasciitis, but if it's anything like having bone spurs in your heels, I sympathize.
