I know that it just came out today but i know folks might have heard it all or whatever. I copped it today and el producto's sh*t is incredible. Surprisingly (to me at least), the opening track with Omar and Cedric is f*cking HARD, like... on some Brooklyn hard sh*t. Real "pull-you-in" sort of story, too.
On the tracks where it's just him digging into the verses, the way he raps is really reflexive is terms of syntax; sick to listen to. And his lyrics are, well, not to sound cheesy but his lyrics are bending (best word i can think of)... conscious but grounded (if you're sensible... LOL).
The track he does with Trent Reznor has a LOT of depth to it, and i keep wishing Trent was turned up a little bit more so we could really get the full quality of the chorus is. But that's after like four funs through... i might be way off.
There are more stand out tracks... i was just really f*cking anticipating these guest appearences.
Anyway... any of you guys cop it yet? I'm saying this sh*t is quality.
