im about to start bulking and im gonna take green magnitude, on 100% whey and muscle milk collegiate. Do you take purple wraath and is it worht it? Im thinkin, im getting plenty of bcaa's from the whey right?

I don't really think you are gonna feel too much of anything on Purple Wraath it's more of a recovery agent I think.

Yea I mean its meant mainly as a recovery supplement. If anything you won't be as fatigued or sore as before. Then again I never really saw the need for a BCAA supplement if your diet and rest is on point. Remember that BCAA's are the building blocks of proteins, its hard to avoid them during your everyday diet.

true, but it cant hurt. I been reading that the bcaa's u get from food and whey doesnt get absorbed as well as if u took some bcaa sups. Im gonna try purple wrath or xtend and see how it goes.

Yea I mean its not gonna hurt to fill in any deficiencies. I just never saw a real need for a specific BCAA supplement. You will see some added benefits in terms of recovery and decreased soreness though.

Xtend is pretty good, I tried a few samples of it. You can't go wrong with either one. Just comes down to economic feasibility at that point lol.
