I take a workshop this weekend and then Ill test and get my cert. I already got 3-4 places to work at this time, but I want to try to get some private clients.

http://www.ncsf.org/ <----cert

My gym said they pay 30 per hour and thats after they get their cut. I have a friend of a friend that has his own studio, it pays less but he has the clients for you already.

I figured if I didnt sign up now, I may have b.s.'ed around on it

Congrats homie... I appreciate it when folks step up and take on such a task; spreading the word of health and helping people extend their lives is a great job and highly rewarding.

Thanks for the kind words. I think its something that will always keep me on my toes and I will always have to further my education in, but most importantly I like this.

Retta, Ill help you with whatever I know and learn

You can study for your cert in a week if you want. The 2nd link has the different organizations and criterias. They have online versions also, but I wanted the hands on workshop. The club may or may not hire you, depends on their background searches.

You can get the certs and specialize in whatever you want, maybe even teach boxing classes.

*Expect to know or learn about anatomy..the other shyt is easy but this is what I have to get down before I even study for the other things..Ill probably take the test in a month*

Best part is you can do private training and keep all your money. The teacher charges 75 per session and goes to condos. He does 30 hours a week.

Dude was smart as hell that taught the class. Hes in medical school and writing a book also. I can say he knows his shyt because he knew wayyyyyyy more than the doctors and therapist that were doing their credit hours in this workshop.
