What up. Here's my deal. I usually do weights and then abs (and if there is time on that day, running - but if not, I do it the next day). Usually what I do is do weights, go have my protein shake, chill for a little bit while the shake settles, then go do abs.
I've been doing this for like 2 months with no problem. But for the past week or so, all my energy just disappears midway thru the abs workout.Like I'll be doing crunches or something and all of a sudden I cant do any more and I feel tired as hell. Like I could goto sleep right there on the incline bench. I havent even been able to finish up the past 2 times.
I eat beforehand (not RIGHT bere, obviously) and have my carbs and sh*t for energy. I also eat Sharkies ( http://www.sharkiesinc.com/ ) which are these energy chewables.
Anyone ever had this happen to them, or know why it happens and what to do about it?
