does neone know a good workout without using any weights? im pretty much just tryin to develop my sixpack and get toned.
leg lifts, scissor kicks, crunches, bycicles
the possibilities are endless

whole lotta different things you can do...
place your arms above your head(reach for the sky) and do lunges or squats, lay on the floor with your arms in the same position and do crunches or sit ups or v-ups. decide on a number of sets and reps or just do them till exhaustion.
when doing body weight exercises such as push ups, lunges and sit-ups, move your body away from the floor. meaning do lunges at the bottom of some steps and place your back leg on a step in order to get a deeper bend out of the exercise. put your feet on a chair or something when doing push ups and put a rolled up towel under the arch of your back when doing sit ups or crunches.
when doing these you can make them harder by holding them for a count in the down position. for example when you go down on a push up, hold it there for 2 or 3 seconds before going back up.

allright i'll give you the exercises i did when i was getting in shape for amatuer fights
back and chest and shoulders-
*pull-ups
*dips
*push-ups and push-up variations
*chin-ups
*pull-ups with legs parallel to the floor
*back extentions
arms and abs and legs:
*balace on your fists and lift your self in the air from a sitting postion on the floor(a real dip)
*different crunches and sit-up variations
*shadowbox 1 round(3mins) with knees bent(90 degrees) stepping with every punch
*stand with you back against the wall and hands parallel to floor with legs bent at 90 degree angles as if sitting in an imaginary chair)

when you can do one set of all them exercises with no rest between exercises you'll be in better shape than most of these people on here
