Okay since you are a beginner I would say go with the starting strength routine. It's a basic workout plan that will help you get stronger in your compound lifts (most important) then maye after 6-8 months of this you could throw in more isolation exercises. Here's the template:
Monday - Workout A
Wednesday -Workout B
Friday - Workout A
Week 2:
Monday - Workout B
Wednesday - Workout A
Friday - Workout B
Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
2x5-8 dips (only add weight if you are doing >10 bodyweight dips)
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows (or power cleans for 5x3, 5 sets of 3 reps apiece)
2x5-8 chinups ***if you do the power cleans, do 3 sets of chinups***
Fridays only (Not earlier than 3 weeks into program) -
Parallel Bar dips or incline skullcrushers - 2 x 8-12
barbell/DB/EZ-Bar curls - 2 x 8-12
It doesn't look like alot but it works. Go for a weight that you can only get 5 reps out of no more no less, even if Mya or whatever r&b bytch you like promise you some puzzy. After you get through 3X5 with proper technique increase 5 pounds. Eat like a horse and you will grooooooooow.
Oh you can do abs a few times a week if you want

Honestly,
go take $30 if you got it and go pickup LL Cool J's Platinum Workouts.
It's extremely informative and goes through nutrition, stretching, and a great lift cycle for beginners. There is so much useful info to live a healthy lifestyle.
It's a great book and worth the time to read. Just make sure you get the doctor approval before attempting anything, of course :). Hope that helps--

Why ask all these non-doctors?? How bout ask your REAL DOCTOR what supplements/plans you should be on!

basically^
but as a Beginner, with a heart issue - i'd suggest not even taking supplements and see your results after a beginner routine similar to the one posted above
the real question would be, how could you do cardio with heart problems?
ask your doc, and ask a trainer at the gym you're gonna go to
