Sorry for my grammar in the title, I have to bring a little edge to the fitness forum. But these particular products really work. I have been using them for about 2 months and they have helped me put on about 13 mostly lean pounds.

But first:

-Get some extra money they ain't all that cheap to run for 2 months
-Get a sound eating plan
-Get a good workout routine (I personally like GVT, Rippetoes 5X5, or Westside)
-Finally, take this shyt and watch yourself grow every week

All of it's non-hormonal so it has very minimal side effects. The Jungle Warfare caused me a bit of acne but that's just because of the increases test levels. The Anabolic Pump allows you to eat more carbs without gaining fat it pushes the glucose into your muscles and make them very anabolic.

Just lift CONSISTANTLY...GO HARD...and take a simple protein shake after workouts and daily to up your protein intake. It is not that serious, lol.

I know green mag lasts longer(84 servings or such), but the creatine ingredients are different to green bulge.

I heard results are good with either.

mag = powder also bulge = pills ....sometimes I cant swallow pills so the powder would suit me better

I had 2 bottles of superdrol but never used them due to the harshness of it. I sold them to my boy going back to Haiti, he wanted them and didnt care about sides. Dude put on 17lbs in like 3 weeks and he gave some to his trainer and his trainer put on like 10lbs in 2 weeks on 20mg.

They still make superdrol clones on Massnutrition.com , but people are having good results and way less side effects with epistane/havoc. Much Dryer gains also. No question that superdrol works tho, shyt is crazy.

Only thing I do at this point is eat and drink a shake here and there, I may order some x-factor, but thats iffy.

Most of the time you end up with the side effects of steroid without gaining any muscle beside the fake ones in your head.

How about working hard in the gym( i know new concept.) Its a shame when I see guys who take the real stuff but yet Im benching more. SAD

It's all about hard work. No easy way to get big. I just do whey protein and creatine, no joke, I put on a cool 15# or so in the last 2 months.

But your azz in the gym and get the proper amount of protein and REST FOR EACH MUSCLE GROUP...dumb azz fools in the gym workin the same muscle groups everyday expecting to grow.

Lift properly...rest your muscles properly...get the proper protein intake...and you're good.

Superdrol or tha clones are tha real deal.To many logs that co-sign that it will get you swoll.Tha problems don't happen while your taking it they start with tha PCT.Most motherfukkaz don't even bother with it and they don't rebalance there hormone levels causing alot of problems.Then theres tha under 21 idiots who are jepordizing there test levels.IDIOTS and not tha products themselves is tha reason why alot of sh1t is banned or getting banned.
