I am about to start a fast where I give up meat and I needed some advice on maintaining muscle mass.

U can eat fish?
If not you can try protein powder like soy and whey..try tofu...maybe eat nuts( no homo)

for veggie diet: eat a little more cheese. Avocados help alot too
for vegan diet: more peanut butter

Nah no fish. What about routines? Higher reps lower weight ?

You may want to lift heavy and lower reps 4-6 to try to keep strength up and mass without killing yourself on endurance. Just do what feels right tho, if you feel less weight more reps feels better then do that.
Noone is right or wrong when it comes to working out..just do what your body responds too
