Hard Normal Daddy is classic IDM/D&B. It's also Squarepusher's best.

As for Aphex Twin, pick up Selected Ambient Works Vol. 2 and The Richard D. James album. They're probably his most accessible albums. However, I think the Come to Daddy EP might be his best overall release.
