What can I do?
I'm lazy as fukk eat ****ty food and lose a lot of protein cause I bust a lot of nuts but whatever seriously I'm trying to get cut and lose my waiste I shouldn't be this wide I'm trying to look like bruce lee

most of the people that post in here act mature, no need for the "no homo". anyways, you know why you're in the shape you're in: "i'm lazy and i eat shytty foods" that right there tells me you know 2 things you must do to get in shape. stop being lazy and stop eating shytty foods. there are several threads here with good info. you can also go to the forums on menshealth.com and find a lot of useful information.

This thread should be deleted from the fitness forum! It's obvious ur not serious, nor have you read anything else in this forum before you posted! Stop eating so much junk and get off your ass, it's really not THAT difficult to at least make an effort! When ur ready to advance, heads in here can give you some very useful info, until that time, ur cluttering up the boards.

Running! However, u cant just "run". When you run, you have to time yourself, and strive to beat your personal record times. Lets say if you run a mile in 10 minutes in your first workout. After that, you should try to run a mile in 9:45 for your next workout. This makes it a HUGE challenge, but its well worth it. And when ur shaving off time in your runs, THAT is when youre shaving off fat and achieving new leaness. This type of running ALWAYS works. Remember, its all about challenging yourself and breaking your own personal records. There are no limits, so break your records over and over again, never stop.

running isn't going to tone you up as much as a powerwalk on a treadmill will. Running burns oxygen as a source of energy. Power walking at the right speed/heart rate burns fat as the source of energy. Also, if you are trying to maintain muscle mass, running will break down more muscle than powerwalking will, especially in the quads/hams

You can run in your neighborhood streets (obviously when the roads arent icy), or find some woodland trails, or find a local track. In this kind of weather, you have to really bundle up. And, you cant be afraid to run in public. Or you could run on a treadmill indoors, but thats nowhere near as effective as running outdoors.

yeah and burn alot of muscle mass in the process unless you have a high protein intake which the average joe doesnt have enough to counteract the burning of muscle for energy that takes place. notice how most of your distance runners are toned but have no mass. but if thats what you are going for them get to running. I'll take maintaining mass and get cut from powerwalking anyday.

This info is incorrect. Distance runners run for hours, while when you run to lose fat, your typically doing 8-15 minutes at most, which isn't a significant time enough to cause much muscle mass loss. As long as your pre, and post workout meals are on point, you shouldnt lose anything at all, except fat.
You'd have to powerwalk for 45 minutes, to burn as many calories as you would running as fast as you can for 5 minutes. I don't know about you, but I'd rather save the 40 minutes.
