old me: eating mostly healthy but not being especially active
new me: more aware of the ratios of certain foods in my diet, added regular workouts
I'm ~8 lbs lighter than I was last October, it's not dramatic, but I'm stronger and leaner and fairly confident that this is a sustainable lifestyle change

that was more like a couple years ago...
now not drinkin alot, eating good, and back in the gym... feel the best i have for a long time, and am motivated by the results to keep at it. nothin better than seeing some chick for the first time in a couple years and she goes, "wow, you look good" :)

my weight changes from 210-213 lbs. weekly depending on ****
but i got here cuz i exercise every week and ****

realest talk so far. If anyone asks me how i got to where I am and they totally blow me off when i start talking about eating right, then i just stop because they don't have the mindset from the start. You don't make progress in the gym, it happens outside of it.

i honestly don't know... i rarely gain or lose a significant amount of weight just gaining and losing the same 5 pounds even when i eat crappy and don't work out for a while. only if i'm eating super healthy and working out at least 4 times a week do i really notice weight loss and it's usually more losing inches than actual pounds

It all started with a bootys, yep big booty bytches. I liked the big booty bytch and I wanna beat those cheeks. I started working out n' shyt now they sukk me up and I fukk those creatures at will.
