i see a lot of people trying to loose sum weight in here.
i dont know about other diets but i tried something and it worked.
just wanted to loose 15 pounds so i tried sum similar to the Atkin diet.i stopped eating bread,pasta,rice,potatoes,sugar and junkfood for a while.
worked for me...took me 2 weeks to loose it.

how about just eating less....period
I moved to Japan and lost 15 pounds simply because all the portions are smaller here.
When I come back home, I literally LMAO at the size of the portions over here. It's a damn joke how huge a single portion is in an average North American restaurant. Then you look around and about 50% of the pop. is overweight, and about 25% obese. People need to stop eating everything on their damn plate when they go out to eat. It's too much for the average person.
what do you fill up on? was thinking of trying this but i cant see what you fill up on. my diet is like 80% bread/samuches :guilty:
it's not really like i love meat either so wtf am i going to be eating? :dry:

You ate all that sh!t to begin with?! It's no wonder!

somewhat drastic weight loss over a couple weeks is mostly water weight. Diets are not a soultion to long-term weight loss. Lifestyle changes are. Congrats nontheless.

eggs,vegetables,fruits,cheese,meat,fish,seafood,shakes and bars(low carb)...
and i did this just to loose the weight.now that i lost the extra pounds i can go back to a normal diet.will go back eating bread, pastas and rice but with moderation and (like someone else said before)choose whole grain products.
no more eating junk food almost everyday like i did before.maybe one chocolate bar per week...and maybe once in a while some poprcorn at the movies.but before i was really exagerating,now i control myself.and it becomes an habit

You can't go off of pounds alone. You have to cross check it with body fat and inches lost. If you don't eat enough calories you'll be losing muscle too. I don't know you stats but when your obese then when you first start doing the right things you lose more than the normal 1-2 lbs a week.
Nice, now where the pics with the results?

Fill up on whole grains and vegetables and drink a lot of water
