this list would go on and on for me...movie soundtracks have the ablity to make certain songs uber sentimental to me...

i really wish i had the job or putting music to movies and tv shows.
there are tons that i cant think of, but the opening/ending music of Little Miss Sunisne is really good. its by Devotchka
only reason i kept watching the OC past season 1 is because that show did a better job of putting music to scenes better than any other hsow ive ever seen. especially the ending scenes cutting to the credits (i know im gay).
on the oc: forever young- the youth group and fix you
on the sporanos: whne it's cold i'd like to die-moby (they played it to close the episode where Tony had the dreams of being a diff person when in a coma)

my only complaint is them not putting Radiohead "Exit music for a film" on the soundtrack...

"One" by Aimee Mann (Magnolia)
Thats a very good choice.
A good one is Playground Love by Air from The Virgin Suicides
or House Of The Rising Sun by the Animals from Casino
and pretty much any Wes Anderson film....all the Bowie covers in Life Aquatic especially.
