easy

just run 1.5 miles 3 times a week

a.k.a.

Monday, Wed. and Fri.

Do Sets of 10-12-15 in the gym (where you can barely do this ****)

and watch out for fatty foods and high sugar foods and all that ****

right now for me, I run 2 times a week for 12-15 minutes

I do normal sets and heavy sets, never 10-12-15 reps

I do 12 reps for warm up... then 9 or 10 for second set but I never do consistantly high rep sets

and i'm cut

not RIPPED like paper cut but i'm cut

6'2 215 lbs.

12% body fat

lol understandable you going to the all star game right? but in reality one week ain't enough at least it ain't end enough to really see a difference you should of started about a month ago but in the mean time at this point all Logic can suggest is cardio run, walk, jog 20-30min a day to get "ripped" you need to lower your body fat % and that gonna take time cardio and healthy eating all you can do for now

To give you an honest answer, NO. In a week you can make (small) progress but nothing significant enough. Its just not enough time for your body to really show the fruits of the poundage in the gym and the nutrients being consumed from a healthy diet. Sometimes you just have to be patient and stay consistent and thats pretty much the key in weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, sports athletics, and fitness in general. Consistency is the name of the game.

Lift smart, eat big, lift heavy and eat smart......................

I don't know about ripped, but there are some routines that will get you muscule really fast. Try Dynamic Tension, change your diet, and you will get really fast results. But you'll have to work hard EVERY DAY while still getting plenty of sleep. Go here if you're serious. (http://www.charlesatlas.com/)
