Like you reached a milestone in your training and had a "Chariots of Fire" moment?
Today I was running along this path, and I looked at my watch and it read "44:39" (min.) and I had ran 7.42 miles. I was so overjoyed I began to cry. It was like an angry cry. I thought of fat people, people who don't have the opportunity to do what I just did. People who made fun of me for being "boney". I thought of Natalie Portman. I love her.
But anyway, this exercise sh!t is so real sometimes. It's not even about what I look like in the mirror. It's about doing what my mind says can't be done, and SQUASHING IT. B!tch.

No crying. Just alot of frustration after my accident. A muscle in my forearm was torn and I lost alot of strength in my left arm and it affected my bench.
