For the majority if the masses, the winter time means getting extremely comfortable at indoor settings. Whether those warm and cozy places are the coffee shop (awesome bakery in colder months), the festive workplace (considerate people always bringing in homemade cookies or doughnuts), or you're at home snuggling next to your favorite comfort foods and watching "How to lose a guy in 10 days" with your S/O.
Regardless of the sitchayshun, a many times, the winter months means "being lazy, eating a ton, and not hitting the gym enough!"
So i created this thread to show the dramatic effects of those frigid months we yearn to pass by (but seem so long and dreadful, we eat to compensate for the agony of having to purchase larger sweaters and pudgier faces; we stuff faces, early!).
I want to start off by upping pix to showcase how detrimental it is if you don't do what it do to maintain a proper and healthy balance of weight and diet (shiit is killer and it's easy to fall victim to large portions and high fat/calorie foods). And on top of that, i'm out here in school, don't have the luxury to focus on losing weight.
Here is me in June 2006:
224 pounds of healthyness.

Now here i am during winter break 2006:

287 pounds, stop lifting, all the supplements and shakes i took, took a toll on my body when i was vegetating and lying dormant (as the picture displays). Inactivity and Ramen and snacks throughout the day KILLS!
It's called, "BIG PUN SYNDROME".
I don't know how i'm gonna lose all this mass (fat mass) by the summer months. It's damn near impossible when you feel like you have nothing to live for. I just pretty much gave up on life as it is, hence my appearance and health as of late.
Fukk it, i can't go back to summer of 06 status. Personal issues and lack of motivation can really hinder your drive and strive to better yourself. Real talk.
