When did Wayne ever have time to sell or kill anything? Dude raps about somebody else's life. He was 10 when he rapped for Baby and got signed. Dude grew up havin (legit) money. Jay-Z on the other hand is real. We all know his bio. But Lil' Wayne: "HE'S ALRIGHT, BUT HE'S NOT REAL!"

Being a rapper leaves you with a lot of free time on your hands...and is nowhere as lucrative, especially for a cat like Wayne early in his career, as you seem to think it is...and as far as professions that tend to lend themselves to questionable ties to drug dealing, rapping is right up there with barbershop and carwash owners, lol...considering that he was raised by and surrounded by dealers and predicate felons his entire life (his stepfather Rabbit hustled, his real pops hustled, and Baby's past with heroin/coke distribution is well known and notoriously grimy), he had homeboys who can't rhyme for sh!t but all trying to get paid, and the he had access to tens of thousands of dollars in cash here and there...I wouldn't be shocked at all if he, at the very least, fronted the loot for some work...the sh!t happens all the time, whether it be rappers, athletes, or even fukking law school students...drug dealing is primarily about the desire to make money, not whatever nonsense you have conjured up in your head about what constitutes a "gangsta"...not to say I have any idea what Wayne has or hasn't done, just that him being a rapper wouldn't reduce the possibility and if anything prolly increases it...recent drug arrests by various Dip Set affiliates and cats like Sean Paul from Young Bloodz illustrate my point...
