I havent been this into getting in shape in a few years.
Its Jan 25th, Ive had only one junkfood meal this whole month. Im not craving anything bad. Im back to cooking all my meals, only buying decent things and now cut back to basic musclebuilding fat shedding food.
Im getting my 4 days of gym in, plus cardio..Ive yet to do abs but I will throw them in. Im doing legs again like I used to, till I feel like puking so I gotta sip on a carb drink/shake:evil:
I hope Im alot leaner in 3 months and then Id like to be about a solid 10lbs heavier by the end of the year

I'm back like a motherf*cka, too.
I've already ran 28 miles this week, and I'm about to log another 7 tonight. I hope so anyway. I usually ran on an empty stomach but I'm going with an evening session today. I gotta make sure I sh!t good otherwise I'll be feeling my bowels, son ya dig?
Got knee bursitis like a mawf*cka, too. F*ckit. WE GRIZZLEY!!!!

I stayed consistent all year round last year, off course took some time off from the gym when I would feel that my body was needing one. And thats usually after every 5 to 6 months of weight training, and I usually take two to three weeks off only.
At the end of last year I completed my cutting cycle(lasted about 4 months) and Im now 230lbs, a lean 230. From about 254lbs at 14% BF, Im now 230 and about 9 to 10% BF. I actually like my overall look now that Im lean. However Im a tad bit not as strong as I was when I weighed 250lbs. But I've been gaining my strength back progressively. I plan on staying at this weight for a bit and then I'll bulk up again, maybe after the summer.
I've been training pretty heavy as of late. But only for squats, deads and bench. I've also been doing alot of volume training for triceps, biceps and traps. Im overall happy with where Im at right now physique wise, diet wise and gym wise...........peace out. Lift hard and eat big.........

Im at the point where Id rather look better out of clothes than in them also.My boy, hes a meathead juicer was like bro you getting small. Im like 202 now coming from 210-214, I know I will drop under 200, then Ill clean bulk back up slowly till I can get to 215, 220 and stay there. I just want to be lean and feel healthy. I was sick as hell for 6 months of last year so I couldnt be consitant, so this is a blessing to me at this point.
My cardio game is great from jumping rope, I dont even get tired anymore. I feel sorry for the next girl I get in bed with,lol

Me too. My last junkfood meal is being consumed while I type this. I did about 45 minutes of cardio and about 30 of compound lifts. I felt so energized afterwards. :evil:
