I have a myspace page up in my sig, that has a few instrumentals loaded on it for everyone to peep. I am gonna load up a few loops i have on our FTP right now, see what people want. Yeah baby astronaut, I can filter peoples vocals and some sheit to clean it up. I have no in house mic capabilities, so Id probably just like to donate some music and work on mixing it and such.
If you guys were down, you could all pick 1 beat to do verses to and I could chop it up and mix it, justa longer compliation.
Or if people have individual songs they want to do, Id be down for that too. Im bored as fluck and want to keep the creative juices flowing as best as possible.

Still down... tried to write alittle the other day... I'm on that "inferno" joint. And anything anyone wants me to be on.
Nice. Basically, if everyone just wants to write/record to any of the beats that are mentioned, thats cool. I'll make them collabs if everyone is on the same one, or whatever you guys want to do.
If or when you record anything, just record your vocals alone, without the beat, in a wav file and email it to me at lisbonic@yahoo.com.
I'll then be able to line it up over the beat and put in some more personalized breaks and shifts and such, as well as clean up and filter vocals the best I can.
Lets get this going people!

Delta girl.. to record singing vocals you'll probably need a mic that is at least alright. It'll run ya like $50 for a cheap one. But it's all about doing what we can with what we have so even if you buy a $5 mic we can get it done. I would say, go to circuit city or whatever and tell them what you want to do for how much you want to spend. If they start talking studio mics tell'em you aint that serious. We'll find a place for whatever you can produce. LOL... I love making promises that Listen will have to keep.

circuit city wont carry anything too expensive because they do not carry studio calibur mics. just get an upscale cpu mic because anything better will absorb the less than desirable room effects that you undoubtably have.
also, do not go overboard. stick to that 20 or 30 dollar sh*t.
before you know it you'll need phantom power to run the mic and then you'll be screwed.
you can get one of those little SHURE dj mics or something.. should work just fine for what you are doing.
all peices of advice and consult time can be billed to energy. This session has cost you $300 dollars. if you arent careful he will put this project over budget.... he's a liability.
