You should have added mayonaise and put that "shake" in between two slices of toast.
nah, thats how i'd been doing it and i was gettin sick of tuna sandwiches. i just needed a quick way to get my nutrients in without all that biting and chewing sh!t...i'm mad lazy

I been eating MAD tuna sandwhiches lately not really because of a workout diet per say but because of the contents of my kitchen

funny... me too.... 99 cent cans of tuna are what's good in my hood! LoL... except no mayo for me, I prefer stone-ground mustard and some sliced tomato. Tasty!
