I'm not 100% sure what a starch is...I know breads and pasta but that's about it.

Anyway...I made some lean turkey rolls. They were delicious.

I browned the turkey and seasoned them like regular tacos. I filled up a big pc. of lettuce with meat and salsa and rolled them up. DELICIOUS

For desert I had a cookie and cream ice cream thingy from weight watchers.

Salads are always good to me, but not for everyone I guess.
