When this sub-forum was first created, I was posting here tough. If you check old posts you would know I finally was benching past 300lbs, doing 75 push up's at once, deadlifting over 420lbs on a good day, running 5 miles a day and all that other good shyt but I let my body totally go when I injured my hand playing football. That was just a few months ago.

Real bad, I never seek medical help when I injure something. I just let it heal naturally...it took about 5 months...it's still messed up I think I broke or fractured my wrist but fukk it... Does'nt take long to build up your push-ups just compound them like right now I'm doing week 1 25 push-ups week 2 30 push ups etc.
