read it a couple years ago. just watched the movie tonight.

books usually are better... more time for details and character development.

I actually preferred the movie more than the book. I thought the cast was fantastic especially Meryl & Emily Blunt and I also enjoyed the movie's ending as oppose to how the book ended.


Though since this is "The Book Club" forum, I would recommend the book for one of those weekend reading expeditions or what have one. ;)
