it was a way of gettin a protien rich drink for guys who need to bulk up (in rocky's case, for boxing.)

Its healthier then fryin the eggs, but its an old method and not healthy when compared to Protien shakes.

raw eggs is not healthy....they have been cases of food piosioning....its better to eat boiled eggs or fried eggs....raw eggs is dangerous to consume raw....
