Its time for those pics man! You are supposed to be the king around here, I see you give some good advice, but I want to see if what you say has really worked for you, or if you are exaggerating your physique, and, or achievements, and, or your lifts. I, believe it or not, have faith and you, and I believe you will prove the doubters wrong!

LMAO, plain and simple... I ain't got pics nor do I plan on getting any. I simply don't want to post my business on the internet. I got no Facebook or Myspace, sh*t I don't even own a camera. You can call it paranoia or whatever you want, I just don't feel comfortable posting pictures of myself on the Internet.

And as for the advice I give... its advice and nothing more. Take it and run with it or dismiss it; I honestly couldn't care less. However with that being said, any and all information I post on this forum is stuff that can be found by anyone with half a brain and a computer. You make it seem like I'm posting the directions to the fountain of youth lol. Plus other workout heads on this site can agree or relate to the information I post, I haven't been questioned once on my advice.

BTW, I don't brag about my physique or numbers on this site. When I'm asked I give you an honest answer. What personal gain could I possibly get out of lying about my body or numbers on a site like this?

BigH, pay no attention to these dudes man, noone has to prove sh*t in here. In my book, you're knowledgable in weightlifting(powerlifting),nutrition and fitness in general. Hence you're a serious and respected contributor to the fitness forum, and thats all that matters. PERIOD!!!!

It was never a question of confidence. I just don't want my business broad casted to the world.

Being THAT type of guy who gloats and oversteps his "confidence" is the exact type of guy I'm trying not to be. Every place I go or when I meet new people they automatically assume I'm full of myself or that I'm vain simply because of my appearance. I'm not like that at all, and it irks that f*ck out of me when muthaf*ckas like you carry on with this high school bullsh*t attitude like its a d*ck measuring contest. Just fall back and move the f*ck on, stop trying to make up for your own shortcomings by hating on cats over the internet.

Like I said before, I honestly could not care less what the f*ck you think.

yeah this thread is sketchy. And I just read through some threads for the first time. I would like you guys to check out my thread ...

I think you give great advice for people who want to gain mass and strength. But do you guys care about your long term health? How come there are no threads about gaining mass safely?

Too many of you seem to disbelieve all the facts pertaining to the dangers of high protein diets and creatine. I've been a wrestling and boxing fan for years. I've looked at these diets people use. The Creatine and high protein sh!t gets a lot of people sick.

But then again, in wrestling, these guys also use anti-inflammatory meds and painkillers often. But I'm guessing you lifters use those things too right?

Too much of any thing over a long period of time can have side effects. I don't expect a 40 year old man to go on 4,000 calorie bulking diet while consuming 350 grams of protein a day, no. Its a known fact that bodybuilders and athletes in those lines have short life spans, but thats the risk and choice they make when they begin.

The human body can only take so much. Personally, I don't do bulks like I used to simply because I don't have the time anymore. I know my chosen lifestyle and future career will hinder my routine and eating habits so I've begun to simplify things, just seeking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
