hate to say it, but it's true. i wouldn't really call it prog, but it just has that feeling of grandeur to it...i'm not sure about now, but there was a time where you could listen to the whole album online at their website.

"Cliches and terrible singing" describes this exactly. Just add in the word "obnoxious" and that's all the description you need.

I tried this album and couldn't stand it. Maybe if I never appreciated any other classic music before in my life I might think this was classic. I don't understand the critical acclaim this album has gotten: I guess by now a lot of reviewers themselves have grown accustomed to how obnoxious, boring, and puffed up this music is and can't see the forest for the trees anymore (pardon that cliche), because this ish brings nothing new or important to the table.

I'm not an emo hater because I like 2 Panic at the Disco songs.

I liked their last album and the single on this one............at first. This sh!t just doesn't hold up to repeated listenings. I definitely go for over the top, grandiose rock but their reach far exceeded their grasp here and after a couple times the only thing shining through is desperation to stay popular by taking advantage of kids lack of knowledge about the bands they essentially rip off.

this new album is full of good songs. The songs aren’t cliches, it’s a concept album a bout a man at the end of his life reflecting on his life which one song describes as a waste, basically “a life long wait for a hospital stay.”

A lot of people in everyday life waste their lives in the same manor, bullshyting and doing drugs. Not doing what they want to do maybe they have a bad relationship with a parent. Maybe they die of cancer in a hospital and realize it was all a waste. If you think this album is clichés you probably just don’t get it.

You should try The Used - The Used. they used top be real good freiends With My chemical Romance, they came up together, but then they had a falling out, The Used lost their popularity and My cheimcal Romance blew up.

But I persoanlly still bump the Used's Album. You'll liek it if you like My Chemcial romance
