I know everyone workouts for themselves. But someone had to be your motivation. You had to see someone in the beginning who you wanted to look like. Who was the person?

For me personally it was Tookie Williams. I know this sh1t sounds foolish and all but when I seen that nicca about a year and 1/2 ago I wa like  (NO HOMO). In my ignorance the very next day I went to the gym in the morning and did curls for about 2 weeks. Then I started fukking around with dumbell presses, dips, situps and shrugs. About 2 months later I was still doing those exercises everyday and was seeing good results. I got a lil more knowledge and I took up an exercise template and im still gettin nice results. Now a nicca can't keep his penis dry, it's always covered in saliva.

My motivation was this big ole fat chick that like me. I figure if I lose some weight, then she will know better then to like me especially since I'll be out of her league.

Doubt that. If you look better through workouts, she may like you even more.

And my motivation is myself. Plus I want to avoid future health problems. My family has a history of diabetes and high blood pressure. Working out could help me avoid that in the future.

-My high school basketball coach made us get into weight lifting, and I needed it cause I was tiny and would take a lot of beating on the court. Nowadays, I don't want to gain mass anymore, but I would like to get cut and be healthy enough so that I can avoid health problems that I'm likely to inherit from family.

-My brother was obsessed with weight training, I would see all the protein and supplements he would take and how his body/posture would transform within months (he is 5-11, 240 now).

-My mother is also a gym freak, works out every morning at 5am and she always rubs it in, so that's another motivation. Her legs are muscular as hell and I want to look like that (or better) when I am at her age.
