Because my ass decided to work out at a young age, I have paid the price greaty for eventually stopping as I grew up. I'm back to working out(for the past 3 years) and I got quite a few that have developed along my inner bicep on through my deltoids and pecks.

I use cocoa butter here and there. I heard that other than surgical or laser procedures, there isn't much for me to do. Any thoughts or ideas?

nothing will work better than laser treatments. I think they are kinda expensive though, but will signifigantly decrease them to the point where they are barely visible.

If you actually use the cocoa butter daily it will help reduce the visibility of them. The thing is u just have to use it everyday. I have a burn on my arm (being clumbsy) and I keep the cocoa butter next to my bed so I can remember to put it on everyday & night. The burn mark is getting much better.

try a product called strivectin sd, this put collegen, and minimises the marks.

I learned to accept my battle scars but I never had that big of a problem with them. Got some that came out near my shoulders and a few on my Biceps but no big deal. I heard that Laser treatment really is the only way to get rid of them, but I would look into the Light treatments that are becoming more popular. It's cheaper and not as harmful, it also doesn't require major surgery and is virtually painless.

I got them on my delts, partial chest, and bi's. I use cocoa butter, but I don't really care like that. You just live with them...

If anything, just get tatted up over them. Mines are too deep and they're here to stay

Try dry skin brushing with a natural bristle brush. Brush toward the heart. Wrist to elbow to shoulder and ankles to knees, knees to hips. Brush in a circular motion. Also, avoid acne, eczema and psoriasis.
