That's one of his best tracks of his later years. I saw him in 2004 (and the beef was pretty much dead by then). Basically he said he wasn't gonna perform the song, but he gave in to the crowd and did two choruses and the first verse.

If the beef is really dead, then they should be able to perform their diss verses. Maybe they holding it off until that big Def Jam tour. Jay and Nas gonna go at it face to face and shock the crowd. Something like that.
