Background: I'm not fat. I'm male, 5'9, 160, fairly small frame.
I'm wondering what the best way to get in shape is. I'm not worried about my weight and I'm not that concerned about building muscle (won't happen...genetics).
I pretty much just want to be in better cardiovascular shape and have more endurance, maybe get my heart rate down some (it's kind of high). Running? Jogging? Weights? Push-ups?
