I love when I'm working out and my shirt is soaked - and my hair is real wet! and that one bead of sweat rolls down my face and lands on my top lip...

And yes I do lick it off! - lol

I sweat like crazy working out with my Tony Horton dvd's - no pain no gain!!!!
