holiday season overeating

...is wonderful. I am bulking so this gives me an excuse to dirty it up a lil bit. Even though I have to admit I have added a lil bit of fat because I can only see my top two abs now. But when I cut in a month shyt will be crazy.

i'm bulking too, but the holidays are like the worst time for it. i'm bulking way more than i want to in my love handle area and i still have like 6 or 7 weeks before i hit my lifting goal and can start trimming down.

i definitely know what you mean, though. when i bump my reps back up and get my cardio on, i'm gonna be a fukking monster.

sadly i am not wired to do anything that feels "good" in moderation, and overdoing it on sweets is no exception - at all. so that cute lil rule about "if you allow yourself little cheats/treats every so often, you won't overindulge or overeat..." yeah that sh*t doesn't apply to me.
