I agree. I remember somebody made a post about this when it was just a proposal. I didn't think it would be passed but props to NY for that. Looks like more people are learning about transfat now. Taco bell and KFC are about to stop using transfats in their foods nationwide.

it's a good idea, but why not ban cigarettes altogether first. i bet more people are being killed by them than trans fats.

Can't be taxed so its expendable.
