No jokes real talk while I was layin pipe to my chick last night I got to thinkin and was like let me try this. I was beatin missionary style you know the intimate position and I tighted up my abs. I focused on the mid section really isolating the abs and squeezed everytime I penetrated deeper. To my suprise when I woke up this morning my abs were very sore as if I had done weighted sit-ups. So for now on that will be my only ab exercise. I have sex atleast a few times a week so that's sufficient enough for abdominal stimulation.

honestly, i don't see myself having exerting enough sex for long enough.. to make it a good substitute. but i think that it's a good second if you're going to skip the gym anyway... typically it doesn't get your heartrate up enough or last long enough for a good cardio workout. (should i be speaking for myself? lol)

An old colleague told me a good 20-minute session is akin to running a mile. Even if that's not totally on point, I'll assume it's a lot more fun (unless running is THE thing for you).

Yeah it is, if you do it you feel your midsection really tight afterwards. I guess sex is good for lots of things, but if you do a burned girl raw dog that workout can build your damn chances of death higher along with your fukkin abs getting a one time workout :)

Well, actually, some folks are big-time runners who run religiously. (I'm talking every day.) It may not be quite as enjoyable as sex is for the rest of us, but some of them are addicted to that isht.

I've been on a treadmill plenty of times (once as long as 40 mins.) and it's not nearly as fun as a good-looking naked woman wanting me to do all sorts of stuff to her.
