Went to an REM concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA.

I have a friend that works for Verizon Wireless and she gets tickets to all the shows there either free or with a good discount.

She called up, said let's go see REM and I said what the hell.

We showed up and I was the only black person there besides a couple in security. One of the security ladies (a cute black girl) even said "You're the only black person I've seen here all night!" We had a laugh about it and then found our seats.

Went out mid concert to use the bathroom and she was like "Still haven't seen any more!!"

It was a good show. Never was really into them and still aren't, but I do like Man On The Moon.
