I take GNC's Womens Ultra Mega - it's a vitamin as well as a dietary supplement. You can go to GNC and they can give you some info on a good vitamin.

Multi-vitamins, just like any other supplements should be just that, supplements. The whole foods you intake should be healthy. I know it's hard when in school, but that is still no excuse.

not sure if you would have heard of them, they have done ads in newspapers and newsweek mag recently
besides it looking like spam or whatever, all the info you need i on the page, so compare it to anything else - but they are the first ever and best company to buy natural vitamins/supplements from, imo

Based on the recommendations of Dr. Weil in this book (http://www.amazon.com/Weeks-Optimum-Health-Andrew-Weil/dp/0449000265/sr=8-2/qid=1165370208/ref=pd_bbs_2/104-6597624-0212710?ie=UTF8&s=books), I'm taking his vitamin cocktail for now:
powdered Vitamin C
B vitamins
vitamin E w/selenium
Betacaratinoids
I'm thinking I'm lacking calcium and iron in my diet, but still researching options.
my favorite supplements are rhodiola, acidophilis and ginseng - but I only take them occasionally, when I feel I need them

I take a food rich multivitamin specially formulated for women. I don't mind spending extra when it comes to vitamins/supplements...I get a month's supply in the health food store...comes out to about $20 (3 pills a day) & that's on the cheap side for food rich multis.
