I've been lifing every 4 to 5 days, all muscle groups and i have a little muscle building up.
I was 167 and decided i need to lose 15 pounds, so i did and 2 extra, and its noticeable, butTT i still have a band of fat on my waist(and love handles) and upper abs. I have no problem losing the weight if i need to lose more, but i just thought by now id lose that weight and that fat would be gone by now.
Im skinny really eveywere now except for my arms(muscle because of lifting) and my belly which i just described. Is it safe to lose 5-7 pound more, i dont want to look sickly like, is it genetics thats keep the fat there? or do i just need to loss that extra pounds to get it to go away?
