...quit sitting on the bench talking to your friends while doing nothing...as if this is your living room

...wipe the bench off when you done sweaty muhfukka

no homo sh1t... I got this dog, you don't need to put ya crotch on my face while spotting me

don't try to get everyone's attention by yelling and dropping the bars as loud as you can. "aaaargh!"

HAHAHA. That's hilarious. I love when some dog's groaning and yelling his head off, and you look over, and he's doing like 30 pounds on a leg extension machine.

LMAO, man working out on a Campus gym you'll see this type of sh*t alot. Its usually during the first few weeks of the semester and right before Spring Break where all these yuppies come out the gate trying to get in shape, but then they quit lol. Ruins it for me cuz the gym gets way too crowded and I'm forced to going at 6 in the morning to lift.

Don't get it twisted though, I don't mind having an abundance of females around the gym gawking at a n*gga glistening in sweat, chest busting through his wifebeater... but the dudes straining and yelling with 135 on the bar Benching gotta go.

January is around the corner, so all gyms are going to be more packed versus during the other 11 months. Then you got those people coming in right before spring break, like you said, trying to lose an inch or two from their belly so they can fit in their swim wear.

Dudes used to ask me how I can gain muscle when i was in college. It's not just simply the gaining muscle part they want to know, it's how they can gain X amount of pounds in Y weeks.

the only real rule for rookies:

don't worry about what the people around you think about how you come to the gym or how you lift. when you're in the gym, you're there for yourself, nobody else, and if you have to wear your work clothes to get in there or can only come in for 15 minutes, then do you and forget what some fairy-ass ho like the thread-starter thinks. if you have to yell to get out a last rep, or drop a weight, then do it. that extra rep is worth everything when you lift and should be all you're thinking about.

you're not going to get anywhere with lifting if you're in there for anyone but yourself.

look.

That stuff affects EVERYONE...when your sitting on the bench TALKING and not working out...on there for 15 minutes and only lifted once...then yea...thats affects ME because im waiting to get on that equipment.

If you're lifting and you don't wipe the bench when your done..somebody can come and lay right in your shyt and no tellin what you could have in your body or how dirty you are

It affects me when you stop me during my lifting..while im focusing..to give me tips when you're BARELY in shape...

DA FUKK OUTTA HERE....u must be one of them dudes to come post that bullshyt

walking around with the permanent arm bend and trying to spread lats you do not have is not a good look.
