Even though im from NY, east coast whatever the fuhk nigahs wanna say...we will lose. point blank period. cause half your real avid hip hop fans are lil young, dumb azz kids, who think that everything that come out is hot, whether it is or it isnt. this whole rap shiiiit now is corny. you gotta "supposed" king of hip hop, wearin sandals, another nigahs rappin about this nigah wearin sandals...a bunch of rappers i can barely understand...nigah, hip hop aint dead, the shiiiiits just in a coma.

interesting.
luda did a track with nas and is ready to swing at nas. he's selfishly doing it for a buzz but can result to some other uncontrollable sh1t when it gets to the wrong hands.

right?
And the only reason he was in ATL was he was a radio DJ, correct?

in all honesty i dont think that would be luda's reasoning.. dude really loves atlanta and since atlanta hip hop is ruling the airwaves... he's taking nas' whole "hip hop is dead motto" as a personal shot at atlinians.. ya smell me?

True, but SOMEONE from the South has to speak up. That's what I hate about the South, they don't respond to the years of NY calling them retarded and dumb and garbage but West Coast went to war with NY, they stood up for themselves and eventually when the South does fall and NY's back on top they're gonna really let the South have it and the South is just gonna stand there like p*ssies and take it like they are now.......

but they are both on Def Jam so that pic is really out of left field if u ask me.cause luda did the remix to made u look and then the virgo song with nas before he was on def jam so u would think the friendship would grow more? if it does go down between them i will take it as cross promotion beef that the label will benefit from. since luda is a multiplat artist but struggling maybe that would get his sales up
How is it going to be a war when most of the top artists down south are signed to labels in NYC?
ain't sh!t gonna happen. and nas ain't lost. and wayne and baby ain't f_ckin. and stop lookin at jay z's feet.

lol...
On topic: I thought something was brewing earlier this year and late last year, but no big s.hit happen. I dont think theres any "real" bad blood between Nas and Luda and I'on think there will be a "war". Theres too many collaborations+friendships goin on between all regions, n.iggas and their "unity" crap.

ludacris has a song, cant remember, that goes something like i did songs with the best of them and crashed them. << not exact words... nas was the first thing that came to mind.
and being on the same label doesnt mean nothing.

luda trying to take that personal coz atlians have doubted his southern citizenship. i think someone else shouldv done this and not him.
then again luda has a tendancy to do stupid sh1t like wearing that confederate flag; i like him but i think he tries too hard to prove his from atl. and it comes off stupid.

wouldnt this be the ultimate way for him to show/prove his love for atl? by going at the man trying put them down?

LOL, like other posters said, someone else from the south should of rocked this shirt, im sorry but nothin about luda says the south, i mean we all know hip-hop is a competitive from of art, and the south always talk about being united and gettin money together, thats all gravy, but to be considered some of the greats like yall do, you gotta be tested, and i think this "east-south" war will definitely show who really runs this rap ****, and who are just the tag alongers that have no place in hip hop, i mean look at the south vets, scarface, outkast, 3-6, 8 ball mjg, ugk, etc. Who have they been tested by? I have never seen them in a battle where they had to prove their the best out. Thats whats so special about the east, its cutthroat and a kill or get killed mentality. From LL, Hov, Nas, Big, KRS, etc. They proved their place just by showing they can hang with the best of dem. If this "war" actually goes down, this will either make or break the south, we will see.

nas said outkast is one of the acts he's feeling, recently
by the way, i doubt the current andre could do anything to anybody, he's become the artist formley known as prince

i don't think andre would get involved. it wouldn't be a full blown everybody against everybody affair. it'd be east/west, one big faction against another big faction. there were more guys on both sides who stayed out of it than those who participated.

I love how people do this, because someone tries something new or goes a different route for a while, all of a sudden they've lost it. I still think Andre would merk just about anybody in rap, and he's still IMO one of the top ten greatest EVER.
Actually the more I think about it, if Andre did get involved, my money would be on him.

I think Luda and Nas are closer now ao probably became tight when Nas moved to Atlanta.
Nas isn't going to beef with anyone in the south over the Hip Hop is dead ideal because he doesn't want to alienate his fanbase in the other 46 states outside of New York, Pen, Nj...
In interviews when they ask him what he means by Hiphop is dead, he dances around the subject. Years ago he would've called out names....
